Another tv-series that is more than note worthy, an older one but most definitely one of the best ever made. It is exactly what you expect when you let Lynch work on a soap story, every single character is unique and will affect you in one way or the other. Set in the logging town of Twin Peaks, the lumberjack heritage is present in all aspects. Everybody seems to be comfortable in just a flannel checked shirt regardless of their sex and age. Still the details found in the series are most interesting, especially the shoes; round and moc-toe oil-leathered boots, black and white saddle shoes. My favorite still here is the one of Pete Martell with his pair of nose-enforced suede boots that he just treated with a bottle of mink-oil to keep them in shape. Stay tuned for season two.
